What we collect

When you use Swasth we collect the information you give us — account details (name, email), body metrics (age, height, weight), food and activity logs, and preferences (diet type, cuisine, goals). If you enable device features, we process photos you submit for meal analysis and voice input for coaching.

How we use it

To personalize your plans, targets and coaching.
To operate core features: meal logging, workouts, reminders, streaks.
To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share health data with advertisers.

AI processing

Some features (meal photo analysis, craving coach, ask-a-coach) send the relevant content to AI providers to generate a response. These requests are scoped to the feature and not used to build advertising profiles.

Your controls

Export — download your data anytime from Settings.
Delete — delete your account and associated data from Settings; removal is permanent.
Consent — health-related processing happens only after you accept the in-app consent notice.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted and logged. Sessions use short-lived tokens with rotating refresh credentials.
